Whenever I feel a sore throat coming on, I grab a glass of warm water, stir about a teaspoon of salt into it and gargle about as much of it as I can handle over and over again until the glass is gone.The salt water kills the bacteria in your throat and for some reason it really does help the pain.If you catch it early enough, you may not end up getting sick at all, but if you’re really in a bad spot salt water will help you feel so much better.. Chicken Soup.
